This remedy was crafted with the intention of supporting those with serious insomnia, thoughts that keep them awake at night, and aches & pains that prevent a full nights rest.
I always recommend that when you start working with a new remedy, that you begin with low doses and increase as you start developing a relationship with it.
I recommend 1/2 - 1 full dropper in an oz of water, 1 hr before bed.
