Nettles !

Nettles offers a wide range of benefits - including nourishing your body with easy-to-assimilate vitamins & minerals, supporting bone health, and one of my favorite ways to work with this herb - relieving allergies!

I want you to be able to rise with the sun, greet the birds, and take a nice big breath of fresh, crisp air without having a sneeze attack or being so stuffed up you're unable to experience this magic! You deserve it!

While getting to the root cause of allergies takes time and dedication - stinging nettles can help to relieve suffering by drying out the sinuses and acting as a natural antihistamine! This helps with symptoms such as: sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes!

Stinging nettle leaf is loaded with minerals that are easy for our bodies to assimilate so this herb has a powerful effect on our entire body! I use nettle in many of my bone nourishing formulas. I recommend using this herb in tea form if you're looking to benefit from the vitamin and mineral content - I have both the loose leaf AND the tincture available! I love the fast results I see when the tincture is used to alleviate allergy symptoms.

The dosage I use when using the tincture to alleviate allergy symptoms is 1 dropperFULL every 60-90 minutes for 2-3 days, and then 1 dropperFULL 2-3x a day until the bottle is empty.

If you would like to get to the root cause of your allergies and take a more holistic approach at not only relieving symptoms but healing your symptoms - book a consultation with me!

If you would like to try nettle in either tea or tincture form, please send us an email to:

This blog is intended to provide information on this herb/remedy/formula that I use regularly in my practice. This blog is for educational purposes only, mainly for people who work with me or my remedies and are looking for the information on the remedies, how and why I use them, and what is in them. There is much more existing information on each herb and remedy and as always I encourage everyone to ask lots of questions and to dive into research for themselves as well as consulting with a professional.
