Cameron at Community nourishment has been such a blessing to my life. I met her years ago at a market. Instantly, I felt her incredible energy, full of vigor and hope. Hope for her community to be healthy, educated, and empowered. Working with Cameron over the past year has been such a gift. She approaches her craft with genuine care, curiosity, and dedication. When I came to her for pain management, she took the time to really listen—asking detailed questions, researching my symptoms further on her own, and thoughtfully formulating a tincture specific to what my body needed. It’s been the only remedy that’s truly brought me relief, especially when other approaches like salves and increased minerals on their own weren’t enough. I reached out to Cameron to seek help with digestive health and help with my allergies. She mixed up some tea and sent some tincture I needed to help with these issues. I've kept my food journal and noticed whenever I'm upset or sad I'm reaching for the sugar and salty foods. These foods also cause me digestive problems.
